What you will do
- Produce concise briefing packs, slide decks, and decision memos for the CEO and the Board.
- Coordinate Board and committee materials, managing version control and action registers.
- Act as PMO for CEO-sponsored initiatives, defining scope, building plans, and tracking progress.
- Maintain strategic trackers and dashboards for key projects, OKRs, and roadmaps.
- Draft executive communications and assist with meeting logistics and offsite planning.
- Partner with internal communications and functional leads to drive leadership momentum.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated project management ability and experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) or MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity and experience handling confidential Board or investor materials.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in the Staines office 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in a PE-backed or fast-scaling SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with data-visualization or collaboration tools like Tableau.
- MBA or relevant professional qualification.
