Senior Functional Consultant (E-Invoicing)

What you will do

• Translate evolving global e-invoicing and Continuous Transaction Control requirements into business requirements, functional designs, implementation guidance, and reusable solution patterns.
• Analyze customer Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes and map them to hirify.global’s E-Invoicing and Live Reporting platform.
• Guide implementation, integration, ERP connector, professional services, and partner teams through solution design and delivery decisions.
• Support customer onboarding, solution design workshops, and implementation activities while identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps.
• Develop implementation documentation, training materials, partner enablement resources, frameworks, and standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and apply approved AI tools to requirements analysis, documentation, solution design, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, accounting, finance, or a related discipline, plus 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting, solution architecture, business analysis, product ownership, or enterprise software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, invoice lifecycle management, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, and financial operations.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation guidance.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, or similar systems.
• Experience with global e-invoicing, indirect tax compliance, CTC frameworks, PEPPOL, digital reporting mandates, enterprise integrations, APIs, or solution architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, collaboration, product ownership, and partner ecosystem experience.
