What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to prioritize requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and define holistic business/IT solutions.
• Oversee the provision of BA services for Operations and Regulatory Divisions to impact organizational profitability.
• Lead the hirify.global Community of Practice, establishing the firm as a go-to authority in the field of business analysis.
• Identify and define change initiatives to exploit technological and organizational opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day team tasks, remove delivery blockers, and coordinate with external suppliers.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in requirements definition and management.
• Strong expertise in business modelling, systems analysis, and enterprise architecture.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with board-level and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office for at least 60% of the time.
