What you will do

• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver the product roadmap.
• Decompose high-level initiatives into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows using data flow and sequence diagrams to guide engineering teams.
• Ensure product requirements meet data protection and payment security frameworks like PCI.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for 2nd Line Support to triage bugs and technical debt.
• Validate feasibility of solutions with Engineering and Product Design teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK as no visa sponsorship is available.
• Proven experience in a technical business analysis role within cross-functional teams.
• Experience working on complex technical requirements across multiple domains.
• Proven experience working on payments products.
• Exemplary communication skills with the ability to provide compelling rationale for decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

• Experience in the Payments, Finance, or EdTech sector.
