What you will do
- Design commission models across channels aligned with commercial strategy and grounded in unit economics.
- Backtest plans against historical cohorts to assess impact on CAC, monetization, payback, and retention.
- Manage the governance layer for compensation changes, including policies, controls, and version control.
- Develop reporting to track compensation outcomes and monitor for distortion or gaming risks.
- Coordinate implementation with country teams, Finance, and payroll to ensure reliable commission cycles.
- Partner with Pricing and other stakeholders to align incentives with business goals.
Requirements
- Background in sales compensation, revenue operations, strategic finance, or commercial operations.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills for building and forecasting incentive schemes.
- Commercial judgement to design incentives that reward the right behaviors without creating distortion.
- Disciplined approach to documentation, change control, and framework stability.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholders ranging from sales representatives to the CFO.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-country sales organizations.
- Exposure to field, partner, or inside sales incentive models.
- Familiarity with pricing and unit economics in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
