Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows for users.
  • Administer access rights and maintain role-based access records.
  • Support recurring audits by collecting and collating necessary evidence and documentation.
  • Oversee Jira and Confluence content, ensuring version control and organizational alignment.
  • Review and remediate user-facing documentation to meet 508 accessibility standards.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or onboarding
  • Experience with Configuration Management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in government, healthcare, or finance environments
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
  • Background in migration support and platform enhancements
