People Operations Specialist

Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office)

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive HRIS data integrity and build automated workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Act as the primary administrator for the HR tech stack, including BambooHR and TriNet.
• Own backend compliance and operational execution for the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee global payroll inputs, benefits administration, and EOR partnerships.
• Manage global HR compliance, including federal, state, and local reporting.
• Develop internal SOPs and self-service documentation to improve operational clarity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive People Operations or HR Shared Services experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Hands-on experience scaling HRIS and working with PEO/EOR models.
• Strong technical comfort with process automation and systems thinking.
• Sound understanding of multi-state U.S. and global employment compliance.
• Ability to work from the Boston office once a week.
