What you will do
- Research businesses to identify potential leads and key decision-makers.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to HR departments and clinic owners.
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and book appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and appointments.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Proven track record in appointment setting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work 10–15 hours daily during EST hours.
