What you will do
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Match company products and services with specific client pain points to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and playbooks.
- Manage and maintain prospect data within Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone and email to schedule appointments for sales executives.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and progress toward targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales support or client services.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle rejection.
- Must be based in Manila and able to work in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Multilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
