What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to decision-makers across the U.S.
- Deliver professional pitches highlighting the value of alternative dispute resolution services.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of incorporating arbitration clauses into business contracts.
- Build rapport and effectively address prospect questions or objections.
- Manage contact lists, track call outcomes, and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or business development targeting the U.S. market.
- Ability to communicate complex service offerings, preferably in legal or financial sectors.
- Resilience and comfort handling rejection in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing call activity and reporting.
- Must be available to work 20 hours per week during Pacific Time business hours.
