Location: Remote (Must be aligned with Richmond, BC, Canada timezone)

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to qualify leads based on specific business criteria.
  • Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed established daily and weekly outreach targets.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly to key decision-makers.
  • Manage follow-up communications to ensure high appointment show rates.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley areas is preferred.
