What you will do

• Support the development and integration of new business initiatives into the treasury ecosystem.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Document end-to-end delivery processes to maximize repeatability and scalability.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with product teams.
• Perform gap analysis to identify root causes and manage risks.
• Liaise with stakeholders across various locations and time zones.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with financial instruments, trading platforms, and settlement systems.
• Solid understanding of the change programme life cycle from initiation to post-implementation.
• Detailed knowledge of banking IT systems, including transaction processing workflows.
• Proficiency in data models, data mapping, and SQL for querying and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of financial system interactions, including APIs, messaging formats, and ETL processes.
