Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + 2% annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities for strategic projects within a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Elicit requirements and produce high-quality documentation, including use cases and process flows.
• Act as a primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support systems mapping, integrations, and the evaluation of new software solutions for feasibility.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met during the testing phase.
• Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts while contributing to BA standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments and a solid understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Background in insurance claims systems, specifically international assistance and travel claims.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in documentation tools like Visio and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS, CBAP).
