What you will do

• Conduct gap analysis and define standards for business metrics to resolve conflicting definitions.
• Map complex business logic and operational workflows to ensure data products address real pain points.
• Drive cultural change and improve data literacy within the business domain to ensure adoption and trust.
• Collaborate closely with Process and Operations SMEs and technical squads to bridge business and technical teams.
• Design and develop cloud data platforms using AWS, GCP, or Azure and implement ETL processes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Reading, England, United Kingdom
• Experience with ETL tools and cloud data platform design (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse patterns and data modeling best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and operational workflow expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience in experimentation or data science.
• Ability to work across various client assignments within the consulting team.
• Commercial acumen to identify and develop business opportunities.
