What you will do

• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies to uncover, document, and validate requirements.
• Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Apply requirements capture techniques including BDD, Three Amigos, and value stream mapping.
• Engage with engineering teams to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive decisions through influence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within agile delivery environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean/Startup methodologies.
• Experience with BDD and the "cone of uncertainty" requirements capture techniques.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, including user stories and process flows.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Leeds office for a hybrid setup (2 days/week).
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative nature when working with QA and engineering.
