Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $73,800 – $147,085 (based on location)

What you will do
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for critical and emerging skill areas.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and competitive research to inform hiring strategy.
- Partner with TA leaders and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and skill requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and track key sourcing KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with prospective candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting for technical/critical roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Boolean search and passive candidate identification.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools like Beamery, Phenom, or Avature.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS.
- Background in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Experience in a corporate TA environment or RPO.
