What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and strategic roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines of passive executive talent
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
• Partner with executives and leaders to align hiring with business priorities
• Deliver talent insights on compensation trends, availability, and risks
• Act as strategic advisor, improving sourcing strategies and pipeline quality

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Reside in one of the listed US states; contiguous US required
• 7+ years in executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, or full-cycle talent acquisition
• Experience leading executive searches and building passive pipelines
• Strong research skills with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS like Greenhouse
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
