Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and strategic roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain long-term pipelines of passive executive talent
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Partner with executives and leaders to align hiring with business priorities
- Deliver talent insights on compensation trends, availability, and risks
- Act as strategic advisor, improving sourcing strategies and pipeline quality
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Reside in one of the listed US states; contiguous US required
- 7+ years in executive recruiting, strategic sourcing, or full-cycle talent acquisition
- Experience leading executive searches and building passive pipelines
- Strong research skills with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS like Greenhouse
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Sourcing for technical or niche roles
- Workforce planning and executive search methodologies
