What you will do

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic employer customers with 3,000-10,000 lives.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and deliver engaging workshops and campaigns for customers.
  • Produce and communicate regular customer reports to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and data science teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap by advocating for the customer and patient voice.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction to secure annual account renewals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Experience working with HR, Benefits, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record managing customers with a headcount of 3,000-10,000 employees.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
