What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic employer customers with 3,000-10,000 lives.
- Partner with marketing to develop and deliver engaging workshops and campaigns for customers.
- Produce and communicate regular customer reports to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and data science teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by advocating for the customer and patient voice.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to secure annual account renewals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field.
- Experience working with HR, Benefits, or Healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record managing customers with a headcount of 3,000-10,000 employees.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
