What you will do

  • Research and evaluate new market opportunities to build a robust pipeline of qualified business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure deal execution and client satisfaction.
  • Travel within the territory (30-40%) for on-site meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and detailed account records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions (B2B).
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, specifically home health and hospice, is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
