What you will do
- Research and evaluate new market opportunities to build a robust pipeline of qualified business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Travel within the territory (30-40%) for on-site meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and detailed account records in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions (B2B).
- Must be based in the US.
- Experience in healthcare technology, specifically home health and hospice, is highly preferred.
- Expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
