TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving enterprise-level market expansion for an autism and IDD care platform with an accent on hunting new logos and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on building pipeline from scratch, engaging C-suite and PE-level stakeholders, and closing transformative deals within the ABA and behavioral health market.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid with office access in FL or NJ).

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD (plus uncapped commission).

What you will do

  • Build and own a robust book of large-account targets, including multi-location ABA provider groups and PE-backed platforms.
  • Execute multi-threaded outreach strategies to identify and engage key stakeholders like CEOs, CFOs, and PE sponsors.
  • Lead C-suite discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and map them to platform solutions.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial contact through commercial negotiation and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Clinical Consultants to deliver compelling demonstrations and business cases.
  • Act as the voice of the market internally, sharing competitive intelligence and product feedback with leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing large deals ($500K+ ACV).
  • Direct experience selling into the ABA, behavioral health, or IDD services market.
  • Proven ability to engage and close at the C-suite and ownership/PE level.
  • Strong command of consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Field experience in the ABA industry as a BCBA, practice manager, or operations leader.
  • Existing network of relationships with ABA group practice owners or PE firms.
  • Experience selling EMR, practice management, or revenue cycle management software in healthcare.
