Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $380,000 - $450,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value accounts across health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to healthcare procurement cycles and value-based care initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities across clinical and administrative departments.
• Partner with Product and Applied AI teams to translate clinician feedback into product roadmap inputs.
• Codify successful sales patterns into playbooks and templates to scale winning use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of securing strategic deals with health systems or payor organizations.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within healthcare procurement frameworks.
• Ability to present confidently to diverse audiences, from nursing staff to C-suite executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York City offices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles and provider/payor pain points.
• Experience developing healthcare AI use cases in care delivery or population health.
