Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Own key components of the annual budget, reforecast, and rolling forecast processes.
• Lead margin analysis across products, channels, and time to surface risks and recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models for pricing, customer profitability, and investment decisions.
• Partner with Merchandising and Growth to evaluate SKU-level profitability and marketing spend ROI.
• Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing to analyze production costs, yield, and labor efficiency.
• Translate complex financial results into decision-ready insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• 5+ years supporting a DTC or ecommerce business with direct ownership of margin analytics.
• Strong command of unit economics, contribution margin, and incremental profitability.
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, production, or distribution economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
