Location: Must be based in Palo Alto, California (4 days a week in office)
Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do
- Automate and own weekly and monthly financial model updates using actual performance data.
- Serve as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders by leading business reviews and ensuring GL accuracy.
- Review and validate monthly performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance daily P&L reporting for real-time business visibility.
- Perform ad hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through detailed modeling and variance analysis.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
- Proven experience in an eCommerce or technology-driven company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work in the Palo Alto office 4 days a week.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data to senior leadership.
