Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

• Automate and own weekly and monthly financial model updates using actual performance data.
• Serve as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders by leading business reviews and ensuring GL accuracy.
• Review and validate monthly performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance daily P&L reporting for real-time business visibility.
• Perform ad hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through detailed modeling and variance analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Proven experience in an eCommerce or technology-driven company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work in the Palo Alto office 4 days a week.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial data to senior leadership.
