What you will do

• Analyze financial and business performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Growth leaders to develop tangible plans and reflect them in financial forecasts.
• Own the customer acquisition cost (CAC) forecasting model and attribution analysis across paid channels.
• Maintain LTV, CAC, and payback economics by channel, market, and cohort.
• Build capital allocation frameworks to guide marketing spend across acquisition and retention objectives.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new marketing initiatives and product innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or operations (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in finance roles with a mix of large company and startup environments.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Functional knowledge of accounting concepts and internal controls.
• Strong communication and influence skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A modeling tools.
• Background in marketing finance or high-growth consumer marketplaces.
