What you will do

• Analyze and interpret supply chain and sales forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed product costing reviews to improve margins and cost allocation.
• Monitor warranty trends and prepare necessary financial reserves.
• Analyze inventory reserves and deferred revenue accounts for accuracy.
• Support Lean process initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Report and analyze P&L statements for service and installation business segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior management.
• Must be able to travel internationally periodically.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
• Prior experience in accounting.
• Understanding of Lean principles and process improvement.
