TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: 3 days a week in-office in New York, 2 days remote

What you will do
- Analyze financial data and margin trends to provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track business performance against targets and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actuals and forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and business cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, margin analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (dynamic formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Must be able to work from the New York office 3 days a week.
