What you will do

• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams during overnight shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational disruptions and complex issues.
• Manage and adjust resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and ensure schedule adherence.
• Validate deliverables and enforce operational playbooks and documentation standards.
• Lead response efforts for incidents and assess operational risks in real time.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, field technicians, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs.
• Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with escalation management and incident response frameworks.
• Experience working with remote teams, vendors, or field technicians.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (5 PM to 1:00 AM CST) on a consistent basis.
