What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate internal IT projects, such as network, server, and software implementations, from initiation to delivery.
  • Gather project requirements, maintain detailed schedules, and provide weekly status updates to project teams.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights and track critical KPIs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely resource allocation and ticket resolution.
  • Identify recurring problems and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Atlanta, GA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills within a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and maintain professional decorum independently.
