Salary: $88,500 – $115,000

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, managing expectations, communications, and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate task lists for technicians and manage deliverables across various internal departments.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document site-specific issues and solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and coordinate system programming and final checkout of systems.
• Oversee the training and turnover of completed projects to clients and service departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction trades, AV, or digital signage.
• Strong technical ability and the capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications.
