Location: Houston, TX. Hybrid: allows for remote work for the majority of hours, but requires in-person time for collaboration and the ability to travel to project sites.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do
- Provide construction administrative support to Project Managers and regional project teams.
- Act as a primary liaison between project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Maintain and track project schedules and manage comprehensive project documentation via SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute documentation, and logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports and high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive reviews and client updates.
- Handle confidential information and support staff with expense reporting and timesheets.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Houston, TX with a valid driver's license for site travel.
- 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction platforms like Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change logs, and document control processes.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and workflows.
