Project Coordinator (Engineering)

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in Lakewood, CO. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate project documentation and administrative tasks across multiple projects at different phases.
• Manage Request for Information (RFI) and submittal review processes, including logging responses and client comments.
• Track project submittals and maintain detailed project information such as meeting minutes.
• Maintain outstanding professional relationships with company clients.
• Manage your own work schedule and perform self-checks on all work products.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (plus, but not required).

Nice to have

• Background in engineering.
• Experience with document control software such as Procore.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
