What you will do

• Develop and maintain a robust liquidity and funding management framework.
• Deliver ILAAP, including analysis of liquidity, funding risk, and regulatory requirements like LCR and NSFR.
• Implement liquidity management tools for data capture, control, measurement, and forecasting.
• Review and manage the group's risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures.
• Design and optimize liquidity investment portfolios and funding programs.
• Monitor emerging financial market trends to inform funding strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience in liquidity and funding management within global banking or financial services.
• Thorough understanding of US-based regulatory regimes.
• Ability to interpret new regulatory policy and communicate impacts to senior management.
• Experience in a top-tier financial institution or fintech.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Expertise with regulatory liquidity regimes in other geographies, such as Europe.
• Knowledge of liquidity stress-testing methodology.
• Background in consultancy.
