What you will do

  • Own and grow a designated EMEA geographical region/country, targeting new ENT clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via proactive prospecting (cold calling and networking) plus inbound and collaborative lead generation.
  • Drive new business growth through territory segmentation, tailored discovery/scoping, and solution-driven selling aligned to enterprise needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts by uncovering customer pain points and leveraging Extended Access Management Identity.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations (C-level, IT, security) using multithreading and strategic account planning.
  • Present and negotiate with executives, create mutual action plans, and maintain rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly coaching-driven improvement.

Requirements

  • Location: UK-based roles only
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts (or strong MidMarket/Commercial performance ready to step up).
  • (EMEA) Proven success owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management with meticulous operating rigor (pipeline management, forecasting, pacing).
  • French language proficiency.
