TL;DR
Senior IT Support Engineer II (IT Support): Troubleshooting and supporting mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, and networking issues while managing IT hardware/software procurement, imaging, and application configurations with an accent on security policy enforcement and identity/access concepts. Focus on coaching peers, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering end-user technology decisions that impact employees across assigned offices.
Location: Daily onsite office support (assigned office, 5 days per week)

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT end-user issues across mobile, desktop, audio/video, and peripherals
- Manage procurement, asset, and inventory for IT hardware and software
- Perform system imaging, application configuration, and enforce security policies
- Collaborate cross-departmentally (e.g., Facilities, Sales, Engineering) and coordinate IT communication between HQ and remote offices
- Provide daily onsite office support
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Foundational understanding of Okta and identity & access management (SSO, MFA, user permissions)
- Excellent English communication skills and communicative level of Polish
Nice to have
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Experience with voice/video conferencing solutions (Google, Zoom, Slack)
- Network certification
- Technical certification in desktop operating systems (Mac and/or Windows)
