What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via ticketing systems, Slack, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across macOS and Windows environments.
• Manage hardware setup, configuration, MDM enrollment, and maintain IT asset inventory.
• Support office connectivity, including Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting, and conference room AV systems.
• Execute system updates, patching, and ensure endpoint compliance following security best practices.
• Document troubleshooting processes and coordinate with external vendors and the IT Manager.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional desktop or IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 10/11.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MDM tools, and ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN.
• Ability to provide onsite support at the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams.
• Familiarity with Aruba or Fortinet environments.
• Exposure to Azure AD or SSO platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support.
