What you will do

• Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and networking at the NYC Global HQ.
• Manage AV setup and operation for town halls, executive briefings, and company-wide events.
• Deliver high-priority "white-glove" support to C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Oversee hardware logistics across the Americas, including procurement, inventory, and decommissioning.
• Conduct IT orientation and onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth first-day experience.
• Maintain and standardize conference room technology, including AV, mics, cameras, and codecs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of corporate IT support experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.
• Experience with hardware logistics, asset management, and shipping.
• Ability to operate enterprise conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms like Freshservice or ServiceNow.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Workspace end-user support.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF or Workspace ONE.
• Experience with identity platforms like Okta.
