What you will do

• Manage device lifecycles including procurement, setup, and secure wiping.
• Provide on-hand IT and AV support for the London office and meeting rooms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-user support requests.
• Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new team members.
• Develop automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive IT tasks.
• Maintain clear internal IT documentation and operational guides.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work on-site 4 days per week.

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
• Proficiency with macOS, networking fundamentals, and SaaS tooling.
