TL;DR
IT Analyst (IT Support): Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for macOS and Windows environments with an accent on device management, infrastructure maintenance, and end-user productivity. Location: Hybrid in San Diego (with offices in New York City, Hamburg, and Bratislava)
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via ticketing systems, Slack, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across Mac and Windows environments.
- Handle hardware setup, MDM enrollment, and employee onboarding/off-boarding processes.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses.
- Support conference room AV systems, shared devices, and office network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Document troubleshooting processes and coordinate with external vendors.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional desktop or IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, MDM tools, and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams.
- Familiarity with Aruba or Fortinet environments.
- Exposure to Azure AD or SSO platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support.
