Location: Must be based in Draper, UT; in-office attendance required Monday–Thursday.

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead follow-up to closing deals with MSPs and internal IT teams.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and address client inquiries with technical clarity.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans and regional strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records within CRM tools.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, partner events, and cybersecurity forums.
- Proactively manage client concerns and ensure strong ROI through regular account reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of success in software sales or technical sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Deep understanding of customer buying processes and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Must be able to work from the office in Draper, UT, Monday through Thursday.
