What you will do

• Manage individual and group travel bookings using the Amadeus system.
• Prepare and issue group contract tickets.
• Interpret and apply complex fare rules to ensure accurate pricing.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors via email and phone.
• Maintain detailed records of itineraries and documentation in MS Excel.
• Provide guidance on travel policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent with expertise in Amadeus.
• Experience with international and domestic group bookings.
• Strong proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Ability to work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
