What you will do

• Manage guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking platforms.
• Coordinate operational requests including maintenance, cleaning, and special guest accommodations.
• Handle escalated guest issues and process refunds or damage claims.
• Monitor supply inventory and ensure property listings remain accurate.
• Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 1+ year of experience in property management or short-term rentals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Reliable home office setup with 100 Mbps internet and backup power/internet.
