What you will do

• Review property information and analyze financial data to support acquisition decisions.
• Track active opportunities from lead stage through closing to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare deal summaries for leadership.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase team productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or Vietnam.
• Availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours.
• Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, or transaction coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or dispositions.
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.
