What you will do
- Review property information and analyze financial data to support acquisition decisions.
- Track active opportunities from lead stage through closing to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare deal summaries for leadership.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase team productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines or Vietnam.
- Availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours.
- Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, or transaction coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or dispositions.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.
- Experience with platforms like Podio, Follow Up Boss, or REI BlackBook.
