What you will do

  • Answer inbound phone calls, contact leads using a sales script, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain and update DripJobs CRM, including accurate customer records and monitoring lead progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Handle administrative and data entry tasks, including maintaining Google Sheets and organizing business documentation.
  • Support operations by documenting and creating SOPs, improving administrative workflows, and assisting with project management/task tracking.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT and other LLMs) to improve productivity, conduct research, and help create documents/templates/processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Clear, professional phone communication with a neutral or Westernized accent.
  • Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and strong computer literacy.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar LLMs.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in customer service/call handling/appointment scheduling.
  • Experience with SOP documentation and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with CompanyCam (or similar field service software) and tools like Asana or Slack.
  • Industry experience in residential services or painting.
