What you will do

• Identify and research all medical providers involved in client treatments beyond initial facilities.
• Review and correct Release of Information forms ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Create and quality check submission packets for medical records requests.
• Assign requests to team members and coordinate workflow for smooth handoffs.
• Manage edge cases and escalate issues by collaborating with law firm case managers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience with medical or health records requests for law firms.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in PDF editing and document management tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset comfortable with ambiguous inputs.
