What you will do

• Oversee make-ready engineering projects and coordinate with utility companies and vendors.
• Accelerate aerial make-ready applications to ensure alignment with client build plans.
• Perform pre-construction field inspections and verify utility measurements on existing poles.
• Forecast material needs, track invoices, and monitor project budgets and cost controls.
• Provide regular status reports to project and construction management teams.
• Train and coach client team leads, supervisors, and engineers on processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of telecommunication network experience required
• Understanding of network architecture required
• Knowledge of utility attachments, pole attachment agreements, and ROW permitting required
• Ability to read, interpret, and extrapolate aerial and underground FTTH plans and drawings required
• Must be able to work onsite in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Nice to have

• Experience working for an electric utility or with utility pole owners
• Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Katapult, OCalc, or SpidaCalc
