What you will do

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects, including schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals.
• Direct design and support teams while supervising technical staff and coordinating project planning.
• Manage construction documents, construction support services, field coordination, and constructability reviews.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary engineering studies, regulatory plans, and public improvement plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, public agencies, and internal staff.
• Support proposals, business development, and project team leadership.

Requirements

• BSCE degree and Colorado Professional Civil Engineer registration, or the ability to obtain registration within six months.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, or 8–12 years of equivalent industry experience without PE licensure.
• At least three years of experience managing or supervising technical staff.
• Experience with civil engineering design principles, construction support, regulatory plans, public improvement plans, and construction staking requirements.
• Knowledge of Colorado and surrounding-region jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D for reviewing and directing technical production is preferred.
