What you will do

• Perform technical design for industrial projects from proposal to sealing Issued for Construction drawings.
• Lead and mentor other electrical engineers, providing opportunities to shape their skillsets and career trajectories.
• Drive business development by maintaining client relationships and assisting with proposals and fee estimates.
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure project requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications and progress reports.
• Help establish and scale the electrical engineering department within the Pocatello office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering field.
• PE Registration required.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting engineering, specifically within food processing, wood products, or mining.
• Expertise in power distribution, motor control centers, and low- to medium-voltage electrical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in load calculations, short circuit and coordination studies, and arc flash analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pocatello, ID.
