Engineer Sr. - Engineer Prin. (Transmission Line Engineering)

Location: Tulsa, OK; on-site. The role includes approximately 10% travel for field visits.

Salary: $98,993.00–$151,132.50 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and scope transmission-line engineering projects.
• Select structure types and design multiple foundation types.
• Evaluate geotechnical reports, wire tension, and clearance requirements.
• Develop transmission-line designs using PLS-CADD.
• Coordinate work across internal teams, external stakeholders, professional organizations, regulatory agencies, and academia.
• Prepare and present complex technical subjects and lead solutions to multidisciplinary engineering problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and at least four years of related engineering experience, or a relevant master’s degree or PhD with at least two years of experience.
• Civil engineering degree is highly preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred.
• Engineering Technology bachelor’s degrees may qualify with a certified Professional Engineer license.
• Advanced expertise in a specialized engineering area and the ability to lead complex technical work.
