Associate Telecom (Telecom/ICT)

Location: Remote - United States; occasional travel to client sites, surveys, inspections, and construction environments is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own discipline-specific telecom and technology system deliverables, including layouts, drawings, specifications, calculations, and coordinated documentation.
• Lead small projects and support larger projects under the guidance of mentors, senior engineers, and Project Leads.
• Coordinate designs and models across engineers, contractors, manufacturers, clients, and design partners.
• Participate in client meetings, programming sessions, coordination discussions, site walks, surveys, and construction support.
• Maintain project documentation in GitHub, Design Decision Logs, Asana, and related tools while identifying workflow improvements.
• Contribute to pursuits, proposal coordination, fee assumptions, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent technical or field experience.
• 5+ years of AEC industry experience with coordinated modeling and construction documentation across multiple projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including workset management, view templates, warning resolution, model cleanup, and model coordination.
• Experience with technology system design, including Telecom/ICT, structured cabling, or low-voltage systems, plus calculations, device layouts, and specifications.
• Ability to lead BIM coordination, perform clash detection and model reviews, resolve cross-discipline issues, and manage multiple projects.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
• EIT, CDT, RCDD, or PE certification.
