TL;DR
Campaign Manager (Ad Ops): Manage digital advertising programs and implementations to ensure 100% delivery and invoicing of assigned campaigns with an accent on trafficking, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting. Focus on monitoring advertiser KPIs, coordinating with internal teams and external ad vendors, and delivering weekly reporting plus month-end billing and reconciliation.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site at the Los Angeles office at least 3 days/week in a hybrid model)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do
- Work with clients to ensure delivery of creative assets to spec and manage post-sale client communication
- Manage trafficking, pacing, and daily optimization for assigned campaigns
- Troubleshoot and resolve advertising issues to maintain delivery
- Monitor advertiser KPIs to drive best performance and prepare screenshot decks
- Provide weekly reporting and post-campaign wrap-up data
- Handle month-end billing and reconciliation in coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an AdOps campaign management/support role in the advertising/online media space (video ad experience is a strong plus)
- Must be currently located in the New York area
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and/or FreeWheel (or similar ad serving solutions)
- Experience with Operative (strong plus)
- Strong quantitative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task multiple account projects under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
